開始的陳詞，Honorable judges, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen.....後來的部分就和一般的議論問差不多了。

然後加點題外話：陳述的時候一定要自信，把握好時間，如果到後來時間到，你卻沒陳述完的時候也要保持自信，微笑，不管他們，把話說完，所以陳述部分的最後幾句一定要背熟練。別忘了說THANK YOU。

③ 求英語辯論技巧

英語辯論賽流程
一、英語辯論賽流程
1、主持人致辭：
宣布辯題及辯題相關背景資料；介紹選手及正反方所持觀點等；介紹評委等。
2、比賽階段：
比賽由正方和反方組成，雙方各2名選手，選手可自行分工，分別擔任一辯、二辯。
辯論具體進行過程如下：
（一）闡明立場階段（2分鍾）：
由雙方一辯進行觀點說明。也就是辯論雙方針對辯論賽主題進行觀點闡述。
1）正方一辯發言（1分鍾）
第1分鍾結束時--舉牌提示,最後15秒--舉牌提示。
2）反方一辯發言（1分鍾）
第1分鍾結束時--舉牌提示,最後15秒--舉牌提示。
（二）攻辯階段（2分鍾）：
1）正方二辯選擇反方二辯（1分鍾）
提問時間為10秒，回答時間為50秒。
2）反方二辯選擇正方二辯（1分鍾）

（三）自由辯論階段（2分鍾）：
時間是雙方各2分鍾。由正反雙方（四個辯手均可發言）自由輪流發言。發言辯手落座為發言結束，同時另一方開始發言，另一辯手必須緊接著發言，若有間隙，累計時間照常進行。同一方的發言次序不限。如果一方用時已完，另一方可以繼續發言，也可以向主持人提出不發言。
（四）討論時間（2分鍾）：
在討論時間內，觀眾可向正反方各提一個問題，由雙方選派一名選手作答。該環節主要是增加比賽觀賞性，不影響比賽結果。
（五）結辯陳詞階段（2分鍾）：
由雙方2辯進行結辯陳詞。也就是辯論雙方針對辯論賽整體態勢進行總結陳詞。
1）反方2辯總結（1分鍾）
最後15秒--舉牌提示。
2）正方2辯總結（1分鍾）
最後15秒--舉牌提示。
3、主持人致辭：
比賽結束。

二、比賽階段注意事項:
1、發言者必須在規定的時間內完成自己的發言；
2、在辯論時不要隨意打斷別人的話；
3、尊重主持人及評委的評判；
4、在辯論中，辯手可以使用道具、圖表和物品作為輔助手段以強化自己的陳辭，但尺寸不能過大，以免遮擋；
5、時間提示：最後15秒時，舉牌提示，時間結束時，鈴聲提示

Many people consider this technology a promising one as to bring all human being to a new era in which all human reproction will be accomplished by cloning.Thus scientists in some countries have already started their great plan to clone human.But let's think, what is the practical value in doing so?You may tell me that it can bring hope for those couples unable to have children because they might choose to have a of one of them rather than accept the gene intrusion from a doner.But imagine,if you have a child owning the same apperance as yours or your husband's, will you accept it without any uncomfort?
Don't you think it is embarrassing?Or if this kind of human reproction is allowed,terrorists may get hold of it and reproce lots of "American Presidents".Don't you agree that these presidents might bring the world much more chaoes?Besides these terrible aspects,the cloning of whole--being may destroy the diversity of people of the globe.

大學生宿舍實行熄燈制度是指用統一斷電的形式強制所有寢室熄燈。為什麼要熄燈，是學校管理者怕學生不自覺，通宵或者較晚睡覺，影響第二天的正常上課。我個人不贊成學校管理者這樣做，理由有三：
第一，造成眾多本不應該存在的安全隱患，如點蠟燭，容易引起火災，如有事夜起，因無燈照明，摔到碰到出現意外傷害。
第二，學生不能自製，學校理應教育，而不是強制幫助。他不睡覺，你幫他熄燈睡覺，那他不吃飯，你是不是要幫他吃飯呢，那他將來找不到工作，找不到對象，你是不是要幫他找工作，找對象呢？學校應該是幫助學生成長，而不是代替他成長，著名的教育家葉聖陶先生講道：教是為了不教，而在大學校園內，也應該如此，管是為了不管。學生不能自覺按時休息，學校不應該是強制熄燈，而是教會學生學會自製，自我養成良好習慣，達到真正的成長成才。這才是學校育人的宗旨。
第三，學校實行熄燈制度，是濫用公權力的表現。每個人都有自主決定何時熄燈睡覺的權力，他影響了第二天的上課那他就應該受到那方面的懲罰，只要他沒影響到他人的作息，我們就應該允許他這樣做，可以教育他，而不可以動用公權力去強制他。
