關於全國大學英語四級考試聽力試題調整的說明
為了適應新的形勢下社會對大學生英語聽力能力需求的變化，進一步提高聽力測試的效度，全國大學英語四級考試委員會自2016年6月考試起將對四級考試的聽力試題作局部調整。調整的相關內容說明如下。
四級聽力試題的調整
1、取消短對話
2、取消短文聽寫
3、增短篇新聞（3段）

B. 2013年英語四級考試時間是何時

時間已經敲定:
2013年6月英語四六級考試預計於6月15日舉行;
2013年12月英語四六級考試預計於12月14日舉行

C. 2013英語四級考試時間怎麼安排的

CET全國復四六級考試的報名時間為：每制年11月份、5月份（每年時間略有不同）
考試時間為：每年12月份、6月份的第三個星期六。
大學英語四級考試流程
8：50---9：00試音時間
9：00---9：10播放考場指令，發放作文考卷
9：10取下耳機，開始作文考試
9：35發放含有快速閱讀的試題冊(但9：40才允許開始做)
9：40---9：55做快速閱讀
9：55---10：00收答題卡一(即作文和快速閱讀)
9：55---10：00重新戴上耳機，試音尋台，准備聽力考試
10：00開始聽力考試，電台開始放音
聽力結束後完成剩餘考項。

三、英語四級考試流程安排：

1、8：40考生入場，出示准考證、身份證、學生證，手機嚴禁帶入考場，入座後請調試耳機試聽，證件不齊者嚴禁入場，不能參加考試。核對好聽力頻率，開考後不再試聽。

2、9:00檢查試題冊、條形碼、答題卡的印刷質量， 閱讀試題冊正面「敬告考生」內容，粘貼條形碼、填寫個人信息。

3、10：05聽力考試結束，停止作答，摘下耳機，回收答題卡1，考試暫停五分鍾，等待收答題卡。

3、11：20考試結束，考生停止作答，考生交回試題冊、答題卡2，老師清點無誤後考生方可離場。

2013年上半年英語四六級考試時間暫定為2013年6月的第三個周六，即2013年6月15日。具體考試時間及流程安排以官方公告為准!

I. 2013年大學英語四級考試分數的各部分分值是多少

大學英語四級考試分四個部分：聽力理解、閱讀理解、完型填空或改錯、作文和翻譯內。
聽力容分值將由原來的20%上升到35%，題型分為小對話、長對話、短文、復合式聽寫四種。聽力考查部分聽力對話佔15%，短文部分20%，主要的變化是：小對話由原來的10個減少到8個，增加了兩個長對話，每個長對話之後會有3-4道題。
閱讀注重考查能力，比重由原來的40%減為35%。又分為仔細閱讀25%和快速閱讀10%。仔細閱讀部分的文章減少至2篇，分數佔全卷的20%，另外增加15選10的選詞填空和快速閱讀。選詞填空的考查方式為：從一篇220字左右的文章中，留出10個單詞的空格，從給出的15個備選單詞中選出10個填入文章相應處。快速閱讀要求在15分鍾內完成一篇1200字左右的文章和後面的10道題，前7個是判斷正誤，後3個是填空題。
完型或改錯部分佔10%。
寫作和翻譯部分佔20%，其中寫作佔15%，翻譯佔5%。
