『壹』 英文寫信的格式，，最好有範文

英文書信的格式：

1、信頭：指發信人的地址和日期。寫在信紙的右上角，可以從靠近信紙的中央寫起。信頭上面要留空白。先寫發信人地址。地址的寫法與漢語不同，要先寫小地方，後寫大地方。在地址的下面寫上日期。日期的順序是：月、日、年，或者：日、月、年。。在年份之前有一個逗號。

2、稱呼：指對收信人的稱呼。寫在信頭之下，從信紙的左邊開始。

3、信的正文：指信的主體部分。從稱呼的下一行第一段頂邊寫。從第二段起每段第一個詞都縮進3或5個字母寫。

4、結束語：指正文下面的結尾客套話。一般從信紙的中央靠右寫起，第一個字母大寫，末尾用一逗號。

5、簽名：指發信人簽名。寫在結束語的下面，稍偏右。

另外，英文信封寫法與漢語的不同。一般把收信人的地址寫在信封的中央或偏右下角。第一行寫姓名，下面寫地址。發信人的姓名和地址寫在信封的左上角，也可以寫在信的背面。

英文書信的注意點：

（1）結尾語的第一個字母要大寫，最後還要加上逗點。

（2）若要針對收信的對象，將結尾語加以區分，則對於比較親密的對方，可以用Sincerely；對於一般的朋友可用Your friend；如果是兒女寫給父母，就用Your loving son(daughter)。

5、在結尾語下面的署名必須親自簽名，不可用打字的，而且在簽名之後，也不加任何的標點符號

英文信封的寫法：

1、在信封的左上角寫「寄信人」的名字和住址。

2、在信封的中間或右下角偏左的地方寫「收信人」的名字和住址。

3、寄信人不自稱Mr.、Mrs.或Miss，但是在收信人的姓名前則必須加上尊稱Mr.、Mrs.或Miss以示禮貌。

4、住址的寫法與中文相反；英文住址原則上是由小至大，如必須先寫門牌號碼、街路名稱，再寫城市、省（州）和郵政區號，最後一行則寫上國家的名稱。

5、在信封的右上角貼上郵票。

6、信封上的郵政區號，在州名之後以五位數阿拉伯數字表示，前三位數代表州或都市，後兩位數表示郵區。

『貳』 英文商務信函範文

英文商務信函範文的開頭寫發信人的姓名（單位名稱）、地址和日期，一般寫在信紙的右上角。

第二行寫縣、市、省、州、郵編、國名；然後再寫日期。標點符號一般在每一行的末尾都不用，但在每一行的之間，該用的還要用，例如在寫日期的時候。

一封信寫完了，突然又想起遺漏的事情，這時要用P.S.表示，再寫上遺漏的話即可，要長話短說。通常在信末簽名下面幾行的左方，應於正文齊頭。

最英文地址的寫法與中文完全不同，地址的名稱按從小到大的順序：第一行寫門牌號碼和街名；第二行寫縣、市、省、州、郵編、國名；然後再寫日期。

『伍』 英語的書信格式以及便條的格式

英語書信的格式如下：

- 右上角寫日期；
- 開頭"Dear", "To", "To whom it concerns" = 一般給政府/比你級別高的寫"等等，寫完名字點逗號；
- 另起一行，開頭空兩格，寫正文；
- 落款 = "sincerely yours" = 給級別高的,很正式的；"yours truly" = 朋友； "love" = 親人等等， 別忘了點逗號；
