Step1: Warm-up
Let』s start
(1) Free talks. T: Today I go to school by bike/motorbike. Usually I go to school by bike/motorbike. What about you? Do you go by bike? Or by bus? Do you go on foot? Or by car?
(2) Lead-in. T: There are many ways to go somewhere. Look at these pictures. Do you know what they are?
Look at the picture of Let』s start and ask and answer.
Step2: Preview
(1) Preview the frequency Adverbs: always, usually, often, sometime, never. With reference to the Unit One Book Six.
(2) Let』s chant. Listen-imitate-chant.
Step3: Presentation
Let』s learn
(1) Show a toy bike and say: How do I go to school? I go to school by bike. Write the phrase: by bike on the board. Ask some of the SS: What about you? How do you go to school? Write the Sentences on the board: How do you go to school? I go to school by bike.
(2) Look at the cards and make phrases: by plane, by ship, on foot, by bike, by bus, by train, by subway. Then make sentences: I go to …
(3) Play a fast reaction game. T: by bike. S: I go to school by bike.
(4) Listen to the tape and repeat.
(5) Read and spell the words.

Step1: Warm-up
(1) Dialogue practice: Good morning! How do you go to school today? What about you? Do you go to school by bus, too?
(2) Let』s chant.
(3) Let』s sing. Part C. Listen-learn-sing.
Step2: Preview
(1) Show the cards of some ways of transportation. Teacher asks and Ss answer.
How do you go to school? I go to school by bus/by car …
(2) Let』s try. Listen to the tape and choose the correct answer.
Step3: Presentation
Let』s talk
(1) T: How do I go to school, do you know? Ask me, please! Encourage more students to ask teacher the question: How do you go to school? Show the pictures of a bike, a bus and a taxi and their prices. T: Usually I go to school by bike, because it』s good exercise. Sometimes I go by bus, because it』s cheap. It costs 1 yuan. Sometimes I go by taxi, because it』s too fast. It costs 10 yuan.
(2) Listen to the tape of the dialogue and answer the question: How does Sarah go to school? Listen-repeat-read.
(3) Use some phrases to replace on foot, by bike and say together. Then make dialogues.
A: How do you go to school?
B: Usually I go by bus.
A: Can you go by bike?
B: Yes, I can, but it』s too far. Sometimes I go by taxi, but it』s expensive. What about you?
A: I go to school on foot, because my home is near.

(3) The teacher demonstrates the route drew by the Ss and describe Sarah』s route to the park: 「First, Sarah can go to Zhang Peng』s home by bike. Next, Sarah and Zhang Peng go to the bus stop on foot. Then they can go to the park by bus. Write the words: first, next, then on the board and read.
(4) Ss read the dialogue and finish the exercise.
(5) Listen-repeat-read.

1、播放Read, listen and chant的錄音,讓學生聽歌謠。
2、讓學生跟著動畫學說歌謠,同時可用手打節奏。
3、播放Read, underline and listen的錄音,讓學生劃出含有字母組合le的單詞。
4、聽音後反復讀四個單詞,在此基礎上進行描紅,達到書寫格式正確的目的。

教學目標:
1、聽說認讀本課時的主要句型:Whose pants are those? They're your father's. Whose coat is this? It's mine.
2、能在實際的情景中運用以上句型描述他人或自己的衣物。
教具准備:
教學光碟、單詞卡片。
教學重點:
掌握本課時的主要句型:Whose pants are those? They're your father's. Whose coat is this? It's mine.
教學難點:
引導孩子在情境中理解主句型。
教學過程:
一、復習引題
1、Let’s do:讓孩子在說的過程中,復習相關的衣服單詞。
2、Guessing game:孩子們都閉上眼睛,一個孩子描述自己的衣服,大家猜猜他是誰。
二、教學新課
1、教師拿出一條長褲,讓孩子猜猜是誰的,導出句型:“Whose pants are those?”然後,教師拿出自己的衣服,讓孩子猜猜。導出句型:“Whose coat is this?”教師指著兩組衣物,反復重復以上兩個句子,讓孩子對主句型有所了解。
2、教師播放課件,讓孩子觀看故事,理解內容。讓學生邊看邊模仿故事中人物的語氣說一說。
3、分角色給課件配音,小組練習和表演。
4、Let’s find out:兩個人一小組說一說。
三、鞏固練習
1、失物招領:把孩子們的一些衣物放到講台上,讓孩子描述,描述正確了就可以取回。
2、Yes or no:教師讓孩子蒙上眼睛,摸一摸桌上的衣物猜一猜,These are my socks.
四、布置作業
1、聽第51頁的Let’s talk 部分的錄音,讀給同伴、朋友或家長聽。

1、能夠聽說認讀本課主要單詞pants socks的復數形式。
2、理解歌謠復數名詞和are的連用。

教學難點:
在情境中應用單詞的復數形式。
教學過程:
一、復習引題
1、復習A部分Let’s do的歌謠:說一說,演一演
2、Talk about your clothes:孩子們走到台前,介紹一下自己的衣服的顏色,樣子。
二、教學新課
1、教師出示Let’s learn部分的掛圖。問孩子:What can you see?孩子說出學過的單詞,教師指著圖讓孩子觀察,導出單詞的復數形式,讓孩子說一說。
2、教師問:“Where are the skirts/…?”讓孩子們到前面來指。當遇到孩子們陌生的詞,教師出示新詞的復數形式,讓孩子讀一讀,強調結尾“s”讓孩子注意。教師在黑板上貼出所有衣物的圖片和單詞,引導孩子體會“s”的意義。(jeans pants shorts socks shoes等詞都是成對出現的,沒有單數形式。)
3、孩子們兩個人一小組,就課文的圖問一問、指一指。
4、播放課件, 孩子看課件理解含義。
5、操練新單詞。(教師注意指導孩子單詞結尾”s”的讀音。)
三、鞏固練習
1、Listen and point:Where is your skirt? Where are your socks?孩子邊聽,邊指出。
2、 孩子小組內互問,互指:孩子把自己的一些衣物事先藏到同學的課桌等地方,然後用學過的句子描述,讓其他同學找出這樣物品。
3、完成Let's find out的練習。

1、讀課文第52頁;
2、用英語向家長介紹自己的衣物。
